SUMMARY:
 
Field service and technical Support for automation products including Drives, PLC, Motion and MMI products startup works and troubleshooting on site, as well as customer training. He will be as embedded engineer in Dalian Goodyear
 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
 
l         Responsible for customer training in China.
l         Responsible for providing on-site Drives, PLC, Motion, MMI products commissioning and troubleshooting as well as technical support on automation projects to Customers/CSM, involvement engineering and implementing field modernization.
l         Responsible for supplying good paperwork of field service and engineering. Ensure all related documents are good. Preparation and full provide.
l         Responsible for providing the right off site and on site communication to products department. Basic fault analyze skill are required
l         Responsible for providing automation project retrofit works.
l         Responsible for customer equipments/devices periodically maintenance and examination.
l         Responsible for project debug and programming.
 
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
 
l         University or College Degree in Electrical or Automation Engineering. Higher level of education will be considered dependant on postgraduate experience.
l         Prior field service experience is essential. Rockwell Automation products knowledge/work experience is preferred.   Approximately 3-4 years minimum experience in Engineering/Site support. Strong oral and written communications are essential and strong English speaking capabilities. Ability to work well in a team environment.
l         Tire industrial experience is preferred
