摘要：本文对我国“统一的坚强智能电网”的最后一公里问题进行了综述。经过国内制造厂、研究院所的努力研发，费控电能表终于稳定量产，基本解决了“智能电网”的这个问题。

Abstract: This paper reviews the last kilometer of the "unified strong smart grid" in China.
