摘要：随着科技的进步和自动化技术的发展，机器制造业发生了很大的变革，更多的自动化系统融入到了传统的机械设备中，从而使机器结构变得更加紧凑和简练，设备的自动化和智能化水平也得到了提高。根据工艺需求，以贝加莱PP500平板式控制器为核心，设计、研发了折页机自动化控制系统，本文概述了折页机的设备与工艺，简介了贝加莱PP500平板控制器的性能，着重讨论了基于PP500的折页机控制系统。生产实践表明，该控制器系统功能强大、可靠性高，完全能够满足设计要求。

Abstract: With the progress of science and technologies and the development of automatics, the prodigious changes have taken place in machine manufacturing industry. More automation systems have been blended with the traditional mechanical equipment, thus the machine structure has become still more compact and succinct, and the automation and intelligent level of the equipment has also been greatly improved. On the basis of the technological requirements, the automatic control system of the folding machine is designed and developed by taking the controller of POWER PANEL 500 made by B&R as the core.In this paper, we outline the equipment and technologies of the folding machine, and the performances of POWER PANEL 500 are also briefly introduced. The folding machine control system based on PP500 is discussed in emphasis in this paper.The production practice indicates that the control system is of powerful functions, high reliability, which can fully satisfy theneeds of the design.
