摘要:管道运输是油气长距离运输的主要方式。在管道运输中,为了预防突发事件,一般都安装有紧急切断阀门。本文在分析现有阀门执行器工作原理和基本结构的基础上,提出了一种电液执行器直接驱动的具有紧急切断功能的切断阀门新型方案。详细阐述了该电液执行器液压系统的工作原理并对关键部件进行了选型和设计计算,结论表明本电液执行器直接驱动的阀门在油气管道能够满足油气运输中的紧急切断工况,具有重要的推广应用价值。

Abstract: The pipeline is the main tool for long-distance transportation of oil and gas. In the pipeline transportation system, emergency shut-off valves are generally installed to prevent emergencies. Based on the analysis of the working principle and structure of the cut-off valve actuator, this paper proposes a novel cut-off valve with an emergency shut-off function driven by the electro-hydraulic actuator directly. The working principle of the hydraulic system of the electro-hydraulic actuator is elaborated in detail, and the key components are selected and designed. The conclusion shows that the valve directly driven by the electro-hydraulic actuator can meet the emergency cut-off condition in oil and gas transportation, and has important application value.
