摘要:DCS作为核电厂“神经中枢”,其信号传递大多通过电缆与就地仪表和设备连接,以实现核电厂的工艺参数集中显示和设备控制操作。因此,核电站在建阶段, DCS电缆端接设计的合理性和正确性直接影响到核电厂的安全性、可靠性。本文对DCS端接设计方法提出了改进,通过优化信号匹配机制,引入自动设计工具,显著提高了端接设计质量和效率,为核电厂DCS高质量建设提供了有力支持。

Abstract: As the "nerve center" of a nuclear power plant, the DCS (Digital Control System) primarily transmits signals through cables connected to field instruments and equipment, enabling centralized display of process parameters and operational control of the plant. During the construction phase of a nuclear power plant, the rationality and accuracy of DCS cable termination design directly impact the safety and reliability of the facility. This paper proposes improvements to the DCS termination design methodology by optimizing the signal matching mechanism and introducing automated design tools, significantly enhancing the quality and efficiency of termination design. These advancements provide robust support for the high- quality construction of nuclear power plant DCS systems.
