摘要:针对现有电网调度员培训仿真系统难以精准模拟现代复杂电网中分布式、并发及自主交互动态行为这一难题,本文开展了基于多智能体技术的地区电网调度员培训仿真系统设计研究。该研究通过构建分布式服务器集群、高速通信网络及多类型工作站等硬件设计,以及基于智能体的稳态与动态全过程仿真、调度员预测-修正-控制决策仿真等软件设计,实现了对电网“源-网-荷-储”多元实体自主行为与整体涌现动态的高保真模拟。多工况仿真实验对比结果表明,该系统在模拟事故支援、频率与电压动态响应等方面,显著优于现有方法,能有效提升培训的真实性与调度员决策能力。

Abstract: In response to the difficulty of accurately simulating the dynamic behavior of distributed, concurrent, and autonomous interactions in modern complex power grids in existing power grid dispatcher training simulation systems, research is conducted on the design of a regional power grid dispatcher training simulation system based on multi-agent technology. By constructing hardware designs such as distributed server clusters, high- speed communication networks, and multiple types of workstations, as well as software designs based on intelligent agents for steady-state and dynamic full process simulation, dispatcher prediction correction control decision simulation, etc., high fidelity simulation of the autonomous behavior and overall emergence dynamics of the "source network load storage" multiple entities in the power grid can be achieved. Through multi condition simulation experiments, it has been proven that the system is significantly superior to existing methods in simulating accident support, frequency and voltage dynamic response, and can effectively improve the authenticity of training and the decision-making ability of dispatchers.
