摘要:本文阐述了某发电厂多次发生由DEH系统伺服控制卡故障引起高压调节阀突然全关,造成机组MFT的情况,以3号机某次跳机为例,深入详细地分析MFT动作原因,找到存在的问题,并研究出解决问题的对策加以实施,取得良好的效果,消除了重大安全隐患,保障了机组和电网的安全稳定,提出的故障分析及处理方法,对处理机组类似问题具有重要的参考价值。

Abstract: It is represented MFT occurs repeatedly for one power plant due to the high pressure regulating valve closes suddenly, and which is caused by faults of DEH servo control card. In the case of Unit 3 of this power plant tripped one time, find out inner faults and put forward correct strategy for solving the problem according to researching the reason of MFT deeply. Meanwhile, produce good effect for eliminating a major safety hazard and guarantee Unit, power grid operate safely.It is useful and important guideline while the same faults appear for power plant again.
