德国莱茵TUV近期在北京及台湾地区接受核工业相关企业及政府核研究机构的委托，参与核电站安全控制系统的开发，设计，审查及验证计划的众多工作，开始在大中华地区承担起核电工业安全的重任。
Recently in Shanghai and Taiwan, TÜV Rheinland was entrusted by nuclear industrial sector and governmental research institution to participate in review works and certification project for R&D safety instrumentation and control (I&C) system of nuclear power plants. TÜV Rheinland now is taking the glory and heavy responsibility in Greater China for nuclear power industrial safety.由于温室气体对地球环境的巨大影响以及全球能源燃料面临耗竭所带来的众多问题，世界各国已经重新关注核能政策。相对于石油，煤炭等燃料能源，核能属于低碳能源，对民生经济及环境具有相当显着的贡献，因此已成为持续能源政策的极佳选择。
Because of huge impacts by greenhouse gases on earth environment and the concerns of global energy fuel depletion, many countries have being re-considered their nuclear power policy. Relative to fossil fuel energy, nuclear energy belongs to low-carbon energy which has remarkable contribution to livelihood economy and environment. Therefore, it has become a very good option for sustainable energy policy.
