摘要:本文就某热电厂某型号汽轮发电机因发电机侧支持轴承油膜涡动引 起的汽轮机发电组连续跳停进行分析总结。该型汽轮机为高温、高压、单 缸、单抽、背压式机组。本文对引起油膜涡动的机理进行阐述,采用了频 谱分析技术对震动原因进行分析,确定了引起机组振动的诱因。

Abstract: This paper analyzes and summarizes the continuous trip of a steam turbine generator unit caused by the oil film whirl of the support bearing on the generator side in a thermal power plant. The type of the steam turbine is the high temperature and high pressure, single cylinder, single extraction and back pressure. In this paper, the mechanism of oil whirl is discussed. The frequency spectrum analysis technology is used to analyze the cause of vibration. The cause of vibration is determined.
