摘要：碳纤维生产有两个重要的国产化装备，一头一尾。所谓一头指的是生产流程开始的地方，一尾就是结束的地方，也就是说原丝纤维从退纱机上开始，经过碳化工艺过程，最后到卷绕机结束，退纱与卷绕这两套装备在整个碳纤维生产中起着关键的作用。本文着重介绍它们的控制系统，在国产碳纤维装备发展历程中，二者的控制系统由过去的初级水平到现在的智能化水平，是一个曲折发展的过程，从侧面也能体会到我国碳纤维发展的不易与艰辛。

Abstract: There are two important domestic equipment for carbon fiber production, one end and one tail, the one end means starting of production process, the one tail means finishing of production process,in other words ,from yarn release machine to winding machine.The two sets of equipment play a pivotal role in the carbon fiber production. This paper introduces the history of controlling system.From primary level to smart level ,the development progress is winding road, from which we can also experience the hardship and difficulty of carbon fiber development in China.
