摘要:面对国外对我国的芯片技术封锁,芯片国产化替代已成为我国高新技术发展的必然选择。在嵌入式软件领域,国产化龙芯芯片应用较广。其中应用于安全级产品的2K1000型号的龙芯芯片,采用软件方式实现浮点数运算。安全级产品要求所有软件都必须执行确认测试和单元测试。软件浮点数部分代码,用于实现芯片体系内置的浮点运算功能。其作为芯片整体功能的一部分,由龙芯公司提供源码,但未提供相关需求文件和设计文件。在此前提下,本文研究了软件浮点数可信测试依据方法、测试通过准则判断方法以及测试执行方法。

Abstract: In the face of the blockade of chip technology from abroad, the domestic replacement of chips is the inevitable choice for the development of high and new technology in our country. In the field of embedded software, home-made Godson chip is a widely used choice in the market. Among them, the godson chip of 2K1000 model, which is used in security products, the floating-point operation is realized by software. Security-level products require all software to perform validation tests and unit testing activities. As part of the floating-point code of the software, it is used to realize the floating- point operation function built into the chip system. As part of the overall function of the chip, Godson provides the source code, but does not provide the relevant requirements and design documents. Under this premise, this paper studies the method of finding a reliable test basis for software floating point testing, the judgment method of test passing criterion, and the method of test execution.
